1. About RA/AP. Collection

RA/AP. Collection is a free platform created by collectors, for collectors. Our goal is to provide an organized catalog and tools to manage 1:64 scale diecast miniature collections and other scales, including brands such as Mini GT, Kaido House (KHMG), BBR, and others. This is not a commercial website: we do not sell miniatures or intermediate transactions.

2. Platform use

• •Use the site ethically and within the law
• •Do not attempt to access restricted areas or compromise the security of the platform
• •Respect other users when sharing collections or interacting on the platform
• •Photos you upload are your own work and responsibility. Only upload photos of your miniatures: inappropriate or off-topic content is removed and may lead to your photo uploads being blocked. By uploading them you authorize us to store and display them within the platform

3. Prices and values

Prices displayed on the platform (base price, average market price) are reference values collected and calculated by the community and the administrator. They do not constitute an offer of sale and may not reflect prices in all regions or selling platforms. Use them as reference, not as the basis for financial decisions.

4. Cost of service and paid plan

Basic use of RA/AP. Collection is free, and the site may display ads (Google AdSense) to help cover costs. There is also the optional Team Boss plan, with extra features, under these terms:

• •Prices: R$ 14.90 per month or R$ 151.90 per year, charged by Stripe, our payment processor. If the price changes, current subscribers are notified in advance and the new price only applies from the next renewal.
• •Renewal: with a credit card, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until canceled. With Pix, the yearly plan lasts 12 months from payment and does not renew automatically.
• •Cancellation: anytime, in Profile > Account > Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no prorated refund for the current period, except under the right of withdrawal.
• •Right of withdrawal: you can cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase and get a full refund (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code). Just ask through the contact email.
• •Free plan: up to 50 miniatures in the collection and up to 5 price alerts. If you go back to free above these limits you lose nothing: you just cannot add new items or alerts until you are within the limit or subscribe again.
• •Failed payment: if a card charge fails, Stripe retries for a few days; without payment, the plan goes back to free.

5. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site stable and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or take responsibility for data loss. We recommend using the backup function available in settings to keep a copy of your collection.

6. Trading between users

RA/AP. Collection may provide features to help collectors connect with one another to buy, sell, or trade miniatures. The platform acts solely as a connection point and does not participate in, mediate, guarantee, or take responsibility for any part of these negotiations, including communication, payment method, shipping, item condition, or fulfillment of any agreement between the parties. Any negotiation between users is the sole responsibility of those involved. We recommend caution, checking the other party's reputation, and using secure payment methods before completing any deal.
