Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We only collect what is necessary for the platform to function:

• •Account data: email, name, and profile photo (obtained via Google login or email registration)
• •Collection data: your miniatures, wishlist, prices paid, uploaded photos, and personal settings
• •Usage data: basic browsing information to keep the site running correctly
• •Anti-fraud data: IP address and a technical browser signature, kept for up to 11 days, used only to prevent manipulation of the community price average in price suggestions

2. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to make the platform work: authentication, displaying your collection, calculating statistics and market values. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Instagram integration (optional)

If you choose to connect your Instagram Business/Creator account or paste links to public posts, we use the official Instagram API for this feature. With your explicit authorization, we collect and display:

• •Connected account: username, account type, and up to 3 recent photos (image, caption, and post link), synced automatically once a day
• •Manually pasted posts: thumbnail, caption, and profile link of the posts you provide

This data is only shown on your own public collection page inside the app, never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose. You can disconnect your account or remove pasted posts at any time in your profile settings, which immediately deletes this data.

4. Ads

The site uses Google AdSense to display ads that help cover maintenance costs. Google may use cookies to personalize the ads shown based on your browsing. You can manage your ad preferences in the Google Ads Settings.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a platform that provides encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and automatic backups. Uploaded images are stored securely with signed access-controlled URLs.

6. Data sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties, with these exceptions:

• •Stripe (payments): if you subscribe to the Team Boss plan, your email and payment details (card or Pix) are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• •Public collection: if you enable this option, other users may see your miniature list and, if authorized, your collection values
• •Google AdSense: ad cookies as described in section 4

7. Data deletion

You can request the complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Your collection data, uploaded photos, and profile information will be permanently removed.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use two types of local storage:

• •Essential cookies: required to keep your session active, store preferences, and cache data. Always active, without them the site does not work.
• •Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used and identify improvements. Only activated with your explicit consent.

When you first access the site, we display a consent banner. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and change your preference at any time via the "Cookies" link in the page footer.
