Mini GT Opens a Pop-Up Store at Nissan's Headquarters in Yokohama, Featuring a Snoopy GT-R

Mini GT has saved the biggest surprise of 2026 for the end of the year. From November 21 to 23, the brand is setting up its first pop-up store at the Nissan Global Headquarters Gallery, located at Nissan’s global headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. The store will be open for just three days, featuring cars, conversations with legendary figures from the brand’s history, and a collaboration no one saw coming.
The big news is the debut of the partnership with Peanuts. The #23 Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 has been given a light blue paint job entirely covered by Snoopy, complete with a helmet and aviator sunglasses, in true World War I ace style. The version sold at the event comes in exclusive “MINI GT POP-UP STORE | YOKOHAMA” packaging, featuring the city’s skyline and Mount Fuji in the background, along with a matching themed tote bag. Mini GT has not yet announced the price or how sales will be handled outside the event.
The event also features talks with two special guests. On Sunday, November 22, Hiroshi Tamura, Nissan brand ambassador and one of the minds behind the GT-R, will take the stage. On Monday, November 23, a holiday in Japan, it’s Tsugio Matsuda’s turn, director of the NISMO team in SUPER GT. Each will receive a special package of miniatures in their honor, available for sale first during the pop-up.
For collectors in Brazil, the tip is to keep an eye out. Exclusive event packaging is usually released in small quantities and quickly gains value on the secondary market, and the combination of GT-R, NISMO, and Snoopy has everything it takes to become one of the most sought-after items in the line by 2026. If Mini GT begins sales outside of Japan, it’s worth letting a trusted retailer know in advance.
